Our lab technicians conduct detailed burn testing on every formula, fine-tuning wick performance for each unique wax blend, fragrance load, and dye. We carefully monitor flame height, container temperature, and soot output to validate safety and optimize burn quality. Additional evaluations include color stability testing under accelerated conditions and full glass safety testing, such as annealing verification and thermal shock resistance.

Each production run is sampled and tested, with QC data logged in our internal system and physical samples retained for up to one year. For customers requiring third-party validation, we work with trusted partners including UL, Intertek, SGS, Bureau Veritas, and CTL.
